Delicious Lunch
Today after an appointment in the north end of the city, I took my daughter to Fabricland because apparently, she has developed an interest in hand sewing. Next door to the fabric shop was a supermarket that had an AWESOME antipasto/cold buffet table, so I decided to fill up a container and bring it with me to work for my lunch. I'm just noshing on it now between calls, and I must say: this stuff is fantastic!
What are you having for lunch today? I'm having:- Roasted chicken
- Grilled asparagus
- Sauteed rapini
- Edamame salad
- Greek salad with huge chunks of feta
- Basil, tomato and bocconcini salad
- Vegetarian ratatouille
- Roasted red peppers
- Green bean and red onion salad

It's a Gwen Styles Summer
I've been terribly busy this summer, planning this wedding almost single-handedly while simultaneously working towards a permanent promotion at work. But even though I'm running around like a chicken with my head cut off, I'm doing my best to enjoy the summer of 2009 too.
So far this year I've been to concerts, walked along the harbourfront, hung out with girlfriends, gotten my nails done (more than once!), met quasi-Canadian-celebrities, been to friend's weddings, and more. Have a look.

Just a Thought:
I hope that Michael Jackson's kids have limited, or no access to the internet, because if they do, what they see must be making things so much harder for them. Their dad's not even their dad anymore, and it's being broadcast to the entire universe. Poor kids.
